Why can't a company as big as Disney be more organized? We (my daughter) purchased one set of the UP vinylmations yesterday around 4:30pmest... paid for it (my 7 year old wanted this so badly she was going to use her own money for it) and received a receipt....
She was so excited all evening long thinking she "got one" just to wake up this morning to an email from Disney saying that "the merchandise was not available at the time the order was filled." I dread trying to explain if to her tonight... thanks Disney!
One would think that a company as large as Disney would be able to track the merchandise available and not allow people to purchase it if it's not in stock. This is the kind of thing that makes me crazy! Why not just keep the "sold out" message on if they don't have the stock? So disappointed in Disney on this one!
